About The Book
When The Grief Counselor Becomes The Grieving Counselor
When The Grief Counselor Becomes the Grieving Counselor
What happens when a counselor feels overwhelmed by grief, depression, or emotional pain? How does he continue to work with grieving clients when he himself is grieving?
As a grief therapy counselor, Adrian helped others through loss. But after losing his partner of 28 years, he struggled to manage his emotions. That’s when he turned to Dr. Sarah—a kind, understanding guide—who helped him in through his healing journey.
With Sarah’s life coaching, Adrian slowly peeled back the layers of pain, and discovered parts he didn’t know were there—strength, vulnerability, and creativity. He found comfort in colors and words when silence was too heavy.
This book will help readers to care for their emotional wellness and allow them to learn stress reduction techniques. With this book, Steven, wants the readers to know that they are not alone, whether it’s stress reduction techniques or seeking therapy for themselves.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
